Each single-serving chef-prepared meal is made from scratch with fresh ingredients & no added preservatives. And for easy living, most of our gourmet dinners are freezer to table in approximately 10 minutes!

Shrimp Scampi: Tender sweet steamed shrimp over a bed of fresh farfalle and tossed with an authentic Italilan scampi sauce made with Sauterne wine, Pecorino Romano cheese and lemon.
Blackened Salmon with Broccoli: Our chef-prepared blackened salmon filet is baked with herbs & spices and is served with a side of steamed broccoli.
New England Clam Chowder: Fresh soup based on a traditional New Englad recipe chock full of surf clams in a white creamy base with potatoes and seasonings.
Baked Cod with Maple Glazed Carrots: The freshest Alaskan cod filets baked to perfection so they are moist and flaky. Then we add a light seasoning of lemon and herbs and serve this seafood dinner with a side of sweet maple glazed carrots.
Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagna: Vegetarian lasagna layered with freshly grilled vegetables such as eggplant & zucchini, fresh mozzarella and homemade tomato sauce.
Mac and Cheese: A European gourmet version of a classic American favorite prepared with elbow pasta smothered in a creamy sauce made with Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Pecorino romano cheeses.
Gnocchi: Fresh homemade gnocchi smothered in a quattro formaggio sauce chef-prepared with Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Pecorino Romaono and Mozzarella.
Portobello Penne Alfredo: Portobello mushroom are cut in strips and sauteed, then tossed with fresh Italian penne pasta in an authentic Alredo sauce.
Roast Turkey Dinner: Slices of roast turkey, gravy, the best stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes & steamed green beans.
Beef Pot Roast: A classic American recipe – thin slices of tender, juicy roast beef with sliced carrots and quartered Red Bliss potatoes smothered in a delicious mushroom gravy.
Chicken Marsala with Pasta: Prepared by our chefs, this meal features a tender, juicy chicken breat smothered in an authentic Italian Mushroom Marsala sauce and served with a side of pasta seasoned with a delicious Vodka sauce.
BBQ Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes: Tender all natural ground beef meatloaf seasoned with spices, topped with BBQ sauce and served with a side of buttery mashed potatoes. El Wrap Chicken Fajitas: Flour tortilla filled with chicken, freshly chopped tomatoes, Muenster cheese, Queso blanco and simmered black beans.
Spinach Mushroom Quiche: Traditional French quiche filling made with eggs and cream with fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms and then poured into our soft, flaky and light quiche crust.

For the main course, our Beef Wellington recipe follows tradition with a cut of tender and juicy tenderloin Chateaubriand smothered in an exquisite mushroom duxelle sauce accented by mushrooms, truffle mousse, white wine, shallots and roasted garlic. Then we wrap it in a delicate and beautiful puff pastry knot. This superb entree is accompanied by delicious Green Beans with Almonds, which are Chef-prepared using imported French Extra Fine Green Beans that have been steamed and seasoned with a dash of wholesome butter and tossed with fresh almond slivers. To prepare our elegant Beef Wellington and Green Beans with Almonds, simply bake and serve!
